Phase 1 — review

Review (Anno One)

We go through where you are today, what has already been tried and who inside your organisation has to live with the outcome.

Phase 2 — direction

A written recommendation: the options, what they cost and demand, the risks and what we would do.

Phase 3 — delivery

The build, launch and operations happen there. The contract is signed there, and you know who does what and what it costs before it starts.

Ongoing — operations and development

When the business or the product changes, the same team adjusts what was built.
